CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

You may cancel, add, or change items in your order as long as the shipping label has not been generated.

Include your order number, the items, and sizes you’d like to modify or cancel to speed up the process.

Once a shipping label has been created, the order can no longer be modified and must be delivered to the original address.

HOW CAN I VIEW MY SHOPPING CART?

When you add a product to your cart, it will automatically open on the right side of the screen. From there, you can remove items or adjust quantities. You can also click VIEW MY CART at any time.

I ENTERED INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Important: Delivery address changes are not permitted for orders paid with credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

If your order does not yet have a shipping label, email support@giborstreetwear.com with your order number and the message you’d like to include.

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping.

Shipping

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Most orders are delivered within approximately 7 business days across Mexico.

Some postal codes are considered extended zones by shipping carriers. In these cases, delivery time guarantees do not apply and shipping costs are non-refundable. For the most accurate delivery estimate, please check the email sent once your package has been collected.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Most orders ship via DHL. In some cases, shipments may be handled by FedEx or J&T Express, depending on location and coverage.

Once you receive your tracking number, you can follow your shipment through:

On Demand Delivery (ODD)

ODD allows you to view your estimated delivery date, request delivery to a DHL Service Point, reschedule delivery, or request an address change (within the same postal code).

You’ll receive real-time notifications via email and SMS.

If your order ships with FedEx, you can contact them at 55 5228 9904 or through their website.

MY ORDER SHOWS AS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order is marked as “delivered,” it may have been received by someone else at the address. Couriers may leave packages with security staff, reception desks, or anyone present at the delivery location. Please review the recipient name listed on the carrier’s website.

If you’re still unable to locate your package, email support@giborstreetwear.com with the subject “Unrecognized Delivery”, including your order number and tracking number.

We’ll open an investigation with the shipping carrier and respond within 72 hours. If the package is recovered in good condition, delivery will be rescheduled. If not, a replacement will be sent.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $99 MXN* for any number of items, anywhere in Mexico.

*The $99 MXN rate applies to standard service. Extended zones may require an additional fee.

HOW DO I REQUEST AN INVOICE?

Enter your order number and invoicing amount.
Provide your business name, email, and RFC.
Select the invoice usage and payment method.
Your invoice will be sent by email once the process is complete.


Important: Only purchases made during the current month are eligible for invoicing.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO REQUEST AN INVOICE?

Invoices can only be generated during the same month the purchase was made.

If you placed your order on the 1st, you have up to 30 days.
If you placed your order on the 31st, invoicing must be completed that same day.

Returns

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We currently do not offer returns.
All sales are final.

Before completing your purchase, please make sure to select the correct size and model.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

If your order does not yet have a shipping label, you may request cancellation by emailing support@giborstreetwear.com.

Once a shipping label has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled and must be delivered.

Issues & Claims

I RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If an item is missing, please contact support@giborstreetwear.com with:

-Order number
-Photos of the package showing the shipping label

Our team will contact you to follow up. Please stay available, as the shipping carrier may reach out during the investigation.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please report the issue to support@giborstreetwear.com, including:

-Order number
-Item model and size
-Photos showing the defect

One of our team members will contact you to continue the replacement process.

A new shipping label will be sent within 72 hours after the report is submitted.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

-Order number
-Purchase date
-Photos of the item received

Our team will reach out to guide you through the replacement process.
You’ll receive a new shipping label within 72 hours after reporting the issue.

Fabrics & Designs

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?

Follow these simple tips to keep your piece looking its best:

Washing Instructions:

-Place the tzitzit inside the pocket before washing.
-Wash in a gentle cycle at a maximum temperature of 30 °C.
-Do not tumble dry.
-Arrange the strings after washing and lay them flat to dry on a surface.
-Iron only if necessary.

Wash by hand or machine in cold water Cold water helps prevent shrinkage. Whenever possible, wash with similar colors.

Do not use bleach. Bleach can damage the fabric and print. Fabric softener is safe to use if you prefer a softer feel.

Iron at medium heat The prints used in Gibor are made with high-quality, water-based inks and can be ironed at medium temperature. Avoid excessive heat.

Do not dry clean or tumble dry As our garments are made from cotton, dryers may cause shrinkage. Air dry by laying flat or hanging.

WHAT PRINTING METHOD DO YOU USE?

We use water-based screen printing with a soft, no-feel finish.
